Attendance is our own gate count from the season opener on August 15, 2026 — our first event, with no back catalogue behind it. Tiers start at $1,000.
Every event is at Sadlon Arena in Barrie, Ontario — an hour north of Toronto on the 400, and the anchor venue for Simcoe County and the Georgian Bay region.
The season opener has already run. Season partnerships starting now begin with Title Quest on November 20 and cover the four remaining events — talk to us and we'll price it accordingly.
Single-event pricing and full-season pricing are both listed. Season partners pay less per event and hold their position across the whole calendar.
Naming rights. The event becomes "Fight Night Barrie presented by [your brand]" across every poster, ticket, press release and broadcast mention. One partner only.
8 VIP tickets per event — ringside table plus VIP lounge access
Everything in the cage except the name on the door. Canvas and corner pad branding puts you in every photograph and every second of broadcast footage.

A dedicated branded booth on the event floor at Sadlon Arena, putting your team face to face with the crowd rather than putting your logo near them. Sampling, giveaways and demonstrations all work here.
Available to Silver-tier partners and above. Per-event or full-season booking.
All sponsors receive premium floor seats as a minimum. VIP means a ringside table plus VIP lounge access. Availability is per event; exclusive tiers are held on a first-signed basis.

3,500 seats per event at Sadlon Arena. The August 2026 season opener drew 1,800 — our first event, with no prior card to build on. Fight fans arrive at doors and stay through the main event, so the average person is in your environment for roughly four hours with nothing competing for their attention between bouts. The audience skews 18 to 45 and comes in groups — gyms, workplaces, families of the athletes.
Every card is broadcast live on pay-per-view through Millions.co. Cage, canvas and corner branding appears in the broadcast feed and in the photography that circulates afterward, which is where most of the afterlife of a fight night happens.
Millions.co reports more than 1.2 billion in total social reach across 10,000-plus athletes and 500-plus sports channels. That figure describes the platform, not a Fight Night Barrie audience — we quote it so you know the distribution you're buying into, not as a projection of your impressions.
Barrie, Simcoe County and the Georgian Bay region form the core, with a steady share driving up from the Greater Toronto Area. We also draw north — Sudbury, North Bay and the surrounding communities — which puts the crowd on both sides of the corridor rather than in one catchment. Bus activation brings fans in from outside the city.
For a sponsor, that matters more than the raw number. A brand with locations or customers across Central and Northern Ontario reaches both in one night, in one room.
Every Fight Night Barrie event runs under permit from the Office of the Athletics Commissioner of Ontario — commission-appointed officials, pre-fight medical clearance for every athlete, and medical staff at cage-side for the duration of the card. Your brand sits alongside a properly regulated event, not an unsanctioned one.
A portion of proceeds from every event goes to Big Brothers Big Sisters and to Movember, supporting youth mentorship and men's mental and physical health.
Print, mat production and poster runs lock roughly six weeks before an event, so signing earlier gets you materially more than signing late. For Title Quest on November 20, 2026, the practical deadline for full print inclusion is early October.
Give us the shape of it and we'll come back with a specific proposal. We reply within one business day.
